Requesting an exchange

Contact support promptly if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product. Include your order number, the model and colour received, the issue and relevant photographs. We will review the request and explain the available replacement, exchange or refund options.

For a different model, colour or change-of-mind exchange, ask support first. These requests depend on purchase terms, stock, product condition and approval. Do not send a product back without return instructions.

Condition and assessment

Keep supplied accessories, the invoice and packaging where available. Support may inspect the reported problem before confirming a replacement. Please avoid additional use that could damage the product while a claim is being assessed. Applicable rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Replacement availability

Where an exchange is approved, the replacement depends on available stock. If the same model or colour is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or an applicable refund. Any price difference or delivery arrangement for an alternative will be confirmed before you accept it.

Pickup and dispatch

Support will confirm the return address or pickup arrangement and any applicable costs before the return. Replacement dispatch is arranged after the return or assessment requirements for your case are met. Keep the courier acknowledgement and your order number for tracking.

Warranty and refunds

A fault that develops during use may be handled through warranty support rather than an immediate exchange. Refer to the Support page for the applicable warranty. If a refund is approved instead of an exchange, the Refund Policy explains how payments and any outstanding balance are handled.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Contact support if you need help deciding between an exchange, refund or warranty claim.
