When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email, shipping and billing addresses, selected products and order details. Signing in may also create an account and verification records. You can place an order without creating an account.
When you contact support, we may receive your message, order number, photographs and other information you choose to share. Technical records may include request information needed to operate the website and prevent misuse.
How we use your information
We use relevant information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, maintain your account, respond to support requests, handle returns and protect the store against fraud. We also retain records needed for accounting, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations.
Payment and service providers
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Leisure stores order identifiers, payment references, amounts and payment status; payment credentials such as complete card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in our order records.
Necessary information may be shared with delivery partners, hosting and payment providers to fulfil your order and operate the website. A postal lookup service receives the PIN code you enter to suggest your city and state. It does not receive your full checkout address through that lookup.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies help keep account and guest checkout sessions working. Browser storage keeps your cart and helps restore a pending checkout. Clearing cookies or browser storage can sign you out, remove your saved cart or prevent a pending checkout from being restored on that browser.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect checkout and account features.
Retention and security
Order and service records are retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal requirements. Session records have expiry periods. Saved cart information remains in your browser until it is updated or cleared.
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect store records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep verification codes and account access private.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to complete an order, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations.
If a customer review is published, the displayed review text and customer name are visible publicly. Checkout addresses and payment details are not part of the review display.
