Using the store
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not misuse account access, interfere with the website or attempt fraudulent orders. Where you order on someone else's behalf, you should have their permission to provide their details.
Products and pricing
Check the selected model, colour, specifications, quantity and price before placing an order. Images illustrate products; screen settings and lighting can affect how a finish appears.
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The final checkout shows the product total and applicable delivery charge. Availability and totals are verified when an order is placed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available resolution and any payment already received.
Orders and payments
Checkout may offer full online payment, cash on delivery or an online advance with the remaining balance payable on delivery. Available choices and the amount payable now are shown before you proceed.
Online payment confirmation is subject to verification by the payment service. A saved or pending checkout does not mean payment has been received. Keep your order number and payment reference for support. For advance or COD orders, any outstanding delivery balance remains payable as shown in your order.
Delivery
Provide an address and PIN code where the selected product can be delivered. Delivery updates and courier details may be supplied after dispatch. Contact support if the delivery address needs to change; a change may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery estimates depend on the destination, courier and circumstances affecting shipment. Let us know promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong product.
Cancellations, refunds and exchanges
Contact support with your order number to request cancellation. Whether a shipment can be stopped depends on its fulfilment stage. Refunds and exchanges follow the separate policies linked on this page, together with applicable consumer rights.
An online advance is part of the order payment. Where a refund is approved, only the amount actually paid can be refunded. COD amounts already collected require a separately agreed refund method.
Warranty and care
Refer to the product information and Support page for the applicable warranty and claim process. Use the product according to its instructions and stated protection rating. Warranty support and a return or exchange request are separate processes.
Website content and service
Product descriptions, images, logos and journal content belong to their respective owners. Using the store does not grant permission to reproduce protected material for commercial purposes.
The website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or a service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
